Community Police Initiatives and Drop in Meeting 23/1/23
The local community police force has asked us to publicise 2 things.
- There is a self subscription service to receive police text alerts via https://www.thamesvalleyalert.co.uk/
- There is a drop in public meeting at Waddesdon police station Monday 23rd Jan 19:30-21:00 to discuss:
o any local issues
o crime prevention advice
o joining the police
o scam avoidance

Poppy Appeal

Appeal November 2022
We’ve just received a note of thanks from the Royal British Legion for our fundraising efforts during November’s Poppy Appeal.
We raised £834.63 out of a total of £2,814.45 raised by the three villages in our area – Chearsley, Cuddington & Nether Winchendon.
Many thanks to all who made donations and a special thank you to Sharon at The Bell and the other volunteers – Alex How, Anna Burnett, Geoff Olding, Gill Wight, Karen Vear and Suzanne Jacobs – who helped with the sale of poppies.
