Many of us have now heard the
very sad news that villager, Les, lost his life in the fire at his home in the
early hours of this morning. Sharon and family are all fine, but, understandably,
will not be serving coffee and cake this morning. The church will be open all
day, and Rev Richard will be serving tea, coffee and cake, from 11.00am – 12.00
pm, kindly provided by Jay at the village shop. Everyone is welcome, and to
light a candle for Les today from 5.30 – 6.00 whilst the churchyard team are
hard at work outside.
