I am collecting a batch of my delicious grass-fed beeftomorrow. I’ll have steaks and joints etc. The perfect fast food - it’s easy to put on the grill, barbecue or pop in the oven and it’s packed with essential nutrients that you simply don’t get from beef that is finished on grain or grazed on monocultures.
Our fields are filled with lots of different plants and wild herbs. This creates healthy soil with a healthy micro biome that in turn provides essential bioavailable nutrients to the plants and animals feeding on it and of course it makes the meat more flavoursome.
