This year Chearsley Cricket Club will be staging their main summer event (“Midsummer Madness”) in the garden at The Bell on the evening of Saturday 10th July to raise much needed funds for the club.
Once again, they’ve hired a fantastic local band - ‘Hair of the Dog’. There’ll be a Hog Roast and plenty of other entertainment during the evening.
All the profit from the event will go to the development of the club – they are already well under way with some much needed improvements to their facilities. The club has always attached great importance to the development of youngsters from our village. This will remain a very important focus for them in the years ahead.
