Pumpkin Competition
Pumpkin seeds  for this year’s competition are on sale at The Bell.   Get sowing now.  The race is on to beat last year’s modest winner of just over  51lb grown by Steve Vear.   The date for the grand weigh in at The Bell is Thursday, October 28th, when all efforts are revealed – big and small.

Father’s Day – June 20th
Come and treat your Dad at The Bell, who are offering a special Father’s Day meal.

Bingo at The Bell
Tuesday, 1st June is another Bingo Night at The Bell.  Eyes Down is at 8pm.  Pre-Bingo Meals, with the exception of steak, are being offered at a very special Bingo price.

Recycling
The Bank Holiday Monday means that bin collection will be a day later on Wednesday, June 2nd, when the recycling baskets and glass containers  are collected as well.

Chearsley Fayre
Donations for the many varied stalls are very much needed.  If you have spare plants you have been growing, books, jewellery, scarves, bags, good quality second-hand items, or toys,  please put them aside for the Fayre on June 26th.  There will be more details in due course.
